On the afternoon of February 28, 2023, the partners of the LIFE REVERS’EAU project met at the Hôtel de Région in Nantes to exchange with the LIFE REVERS’EAU project team and collectively take stock of the past two years.
This second technical committee of the LIFE REVERS’EAU project brought together 17 people: technical project managers, administrative staff, state representatives, the LIFE REVERS’EAU project team and Tehop, the design office recruited to facilitate this meeting. In all, 7 partner structures were represented. The objective of this meeting was to open the floor to partners. Three successive workshops were offered to the participants. The atmosphere was studious and friendly.
Initially, the partners were able to express their feelings about the coordination of the project (organization, communication, exchanges, technical reporting and admin/end…). Possible improvements were suggested and new ideas for animation or communication emerged.
In the second workshop, the objective was for each partner to take a step back from the implementation of their action and to identify the obstacles, levers and possible needs in order to go further. This time of exchange allowed the partners to visualize the multiplicity of actions carried out and to identify contact people who would be confronted with the same problems as them. This work on the partners’ feedback will also facilitate the replication of their actions.
Finally, the LIFE REVERS’EAU project aims to expand. Also, the partners were consulted on 3 themes considered for a future call for projects that the Regional Council will launch at the end of the 1st semester of 2023.
