The partnership agreement between the Pays de la Loire Regional Council and the CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency, formerly the EASME) was signed on 20 October 2020.
The President of the Pays de la Loire Regional Council signed the partnership agreement (Grant Agreement) linking the Regional Council and CINEA. CINEA acts on behalf of the European Commission to implement the LIFE programme. The project is now officially launched!
